Coconut Water Cocktail
This is a refreshing and tasty cocktail which uses coconut water, fresh pineapple, lime juice and coconut milk. Add a dash of rum to make it an adult drink or keep it alcohol-free as a mocktail.
300g fresh pineapple
2 shots of white rum
330ml of Grace Foods coconut water
2 tbsp coconut milk
Handful of ice
Add the pineapple, white rum, coconut milk, coconut water and ice to a blender.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a decorative glass with a wedge of lime on the side.
Enjoy this delicious and refreshing Caribbean cocktail.
