If it feels like you never have enough time to look after your health, we totally empathise. Modern life has us always on our feet, and sometimes that leaves us with little to no space for the important things. Namely, our own health and wellness and doing things to keep us feeling strong and good.
It’s why so many people miss their doctor appointments and feel like they can’t follow a self care routine. And despite it being a common issue that everyone deals with in their own way, it’s a problem we really do need to address! As such, here’s how to incorporate a bit of healthcare into your life in non-obtrusive and incredibly accessible ways.
Book in Plenty of Time
Now this is going to take a bit of forward planning from you, but if you make consistent notes in your calendar about when and where your next checkup is due, you’ll give yourself plenty of time to book it.
You won’t be rushed trying to fit it into the week or having to put it off until next week. You’ll be able to book it as and when it’s really needed and you’ll be much more likely to actually attend.
Use Online Pharmacies
Online pharmacies are accessible from the laptop or phone you’re currently using, and you don’t have to head out on an errand once again just to get some painkillers in the drawer! You can stay in, have some time to yourself, and then wait for medino pharmacy to deliver the items you’re out of.
This is a great way to free up time you don’t even realise you’re using. Indeed, the time you would have spent getting yourself and the kids back in the car and navigating the supermarket can instead be spent on self-care, or making a super tasty and nutritious dinner, or simply just putting your feet up. That could free up at least another half hour in your day!
Walk More Often
If you don’t have time to commit to an exercise routine, don’t let yourself think you’re never going to get the chance to get your heart rate up. You simply just need to work exercise into your schedule as is, but in subtle and even invisible ways that you don’t really think about.

That’s why it’s so commonly recommended to get your 10,000 steps in per day. You’re already going to be moving around a lot, but if you squeeze just a bit more walking time into the schedule, you’re going to hit that goal a lot more often.
Make sure your phone is in your pocket to count the steps you take and then walk to the convenience shop just down the road or take the kids to the park on foot.
If you feel like you’re always a bit too busy to look after your health, use steps like these to make the healthcare you need more accessible and more flexible.
