You may have noticed that I’ve been a lot quieter than usual on my blog and social media. I’m sorry for that! I’ve been finding myself very short of time, but for a very exciting reason.
I got married!
I’m not quite sure what I thought planning a wedding would be like, but I don’t think I thought it would take up as much of my free time as it did. It literally took almost every spare minute for the last two months. Maybe because I was quite a hands-on bride. I planned, made, decorated, and organised everything pretty much myself (and with a massive dollop of help from my wonderful bridesmaids and my husband). There are so many details couples think about, from flowers and decor to choosing live wedding bands or other entertainment to keep the day memorable.
It literally was a dream come true to walk down the aisle and marry the man of my dreams. I don’t want to get all mushy and send you all away heaving, but for me, as I’m sure many people will agree, our wedding day was so lovely, so romantic, so fun and most importantly, so special for us to get up in front of everyone and declare our love, and the fact we want to spend all our days together.
So here’s a sneak peek of us on our wedding day. I’ll share more photos over the coming months.

After the wedding, we headed away for just over 2 weeks on an amazing honeymoon, visiting no less than four different destinations and taking a total of 10 flights in 15 days. We enjoyed our honeymoon so much; we saw and did so much. Here’s another sneak preview of the honeymoon. I’ll be sharing my photos and experiences here on my blog and over my social media in the coming weeks. I’ve got a lot to share.
