Paris Cabana

One of the more relaxed days we had in Las Vegas was the day we spent by the pool at the Paris hotel. I think it’s a really good idea to plan a quieter day or two when you are visiting Las Vegas, especially if you are there for more than just a couple of days. The craziness of the place can be a bit overwhelming and so have a quieter day or two can be really good for you, plus also you’ll feel like you’ve actually had a holiday rather than a busy city break.

We planned a pool day in our itinerary and decided we would treat ourselves to a Paris Cabana by the Paris hotel pool. This turned out to be such a good idea as the temperatures in Las Vegas were nearing 40 degrees on our pool day and the cabana was well equipped for the heat. It came with a platter of fresh fruit and unlimited water in our own fridge, plus a ceiling fan. It was perfect for hiding from the midday sun. The cabanas are dotted around the Paris pool and each one comes with your own server who will bring you food and drinks all day. Make sure you tip each time!

We booked a cabana package, which came with some drinks which was lovely. We made some cocktails and relaxed whilst reading books on our private sun loungers. Heading inside the cabana to recline on the chaise longue when it got too hot outside. Heavenly!

The cabanas also have the option to have the pool music inside at your choice of volume or you can watch TV (although I don’t know why you’d want to watch TV at the pool!!) Our cabana was handily located close to the jacuzzis, bar and bathrooms, right under the watchful eye of the Paris Eiffel Tower. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The Paris hotel is the sister hotel to where we were staying at Bally’s and the two hotels were joined by a walkway, making it easy to get from one to the other. We arrived as the pool was just opening and we left just after the pool closed, feeling fully relaxed and recharged for the following day at the Mob Museum and Downtown Segway Tour.

I’d highly recommend booking a Paris cabana in Las Vegas if you are having a pool day and want a bit of luxury. Prices of course vary by hotel, but our cabana including snacks and a drinks package was just over £100 for the day. Keep an eye on the deals sites like Groupon as they often run deals for cabanas in Las Vegas.
