Perfecting Your Christmas Outfit

If you are anything like me, you’ll love dressing up for Christmas. It’s a time for getting together, feeling fab and wearing what you feel like. There are lots of routes to go down when you are looking for your perfect Christmas outfit, but here are some top tips and ideas.
Matchy Matchy
If you are in a couple or a family unit, you could think about having matching outfits. Whether that’s a dress that has the same pattern as a shirt or tie, or whether you want to go the whole hog in matching Christmas jumpers, it’s up for you.
Plan Ahead For The Best Look
Wanting to be the best version of yourself for a Christmas shindig or the big day itself, then you’ll need to plan ahead in some areas. Prep your lashes with eyelash serum around 4 to 8 weeks before Christmas and you’ll be thrilled with the results. For a fake tan, it’s best to give yourself an all-over exfoliation before you apply.
Underwear Matters
If you are looking for your dream Christmas outfit, you might also want to think about what you are wearing underneath that outfit. That way you can feel fabulous in every layer. It might be that one of your Christmas gifts is some sexy lingerie from you to your other half. You could surprise them by wearing it on Christmas day. Maybe you’ve got a bodycon dress and you want some super supportive undies to help you feel confident. Whatever the reason, some lovely new underwear is a wonderful idea this Christmas.
Sparkle
I love a bit of sparkle at Christmas. Whether you’ve got a favourite super sparkly dress, a pair of shoes or even just some blingy jewellery, Christmas is the season to wear your sparkly bits and yes there’s no such thing as over the top at Christmas time.
Pyjamas
Lots of families have adopted the tradition of matching family pyjamas or onesies for Christmas day. They are done with dressing up and would rather wear something more suitable for lounging. Wherever you look there are fun matching pyjama sets for all the family, right from your month old baby to grandad and grandma. Everyone can join in.
Whatever you decide to wear this Christmas, make sure it’s something you love and feel great in. After all, Christmas only comes once a year and you should enjoy the day as much as you can. Me, I’ll be sporting a lovely Christmas jumper and making sure I have nice stretchy trousers on – that way I can fit in more roast potatoes and mince pies!
