It weighs around 5.5kg, so it isn’t too difficult to move between rooms. Once folded, it stands independently and is only approximately 15cm wide. That makes it much easier to tuck beside a cupboard or into a narrow gap.
I think a freestanding fold is really useful. I’ve had baby equipment that supposedly folded for storage but then had to be propped awkwardly against a wall, where it would inevitably slide down or get knocked over. Being able to fold a highchair and leave it standing safely is much more convenient.
The tray can be removed and adjusted into three different positions, while the footrest has two positions. It also has a wipe-clean seat pad, definitely something to look for once your baby starts throwing yoghurt and squashing food into every available crease.

How To Choose The Right Foldable High Chair
One thing I quickly discovered is that “foldable” doesn’t always mean “small”. Some highchairs fold almost flat, while others simply bring the legs together and remain fairly bulky.
Before buying one, measure where you plan to store it and compare those measurements with the chair’s folded dimensions. Don’t forget to measure its footprint when open too.
Does It Stand Up When Folded?
A freestanding fold is much more convenient than you might think. It means you can leave the folded highchair beside a cupboard without having to wedge it into place.

Is It Easy To Fold?
